The skeletal remains of an infant, actually multiple infants, were found in a garbage bag Sunday. Forensic Anthropologists are now examining the bones in search of why the hell they'd be there. Apparently baby bones have been uncovered in the same place in March '08. Although it might seem there is a twisted murder story at hand, "officials are unsure if a crime was even committed."
